What safety measures are in place for Independent Living residents?

The comfort and safety of all members of The Pinnacle are of paramount importance to us. We will employ policies and protocols to keep our community immaculately clean, safe and ready to serve you. All residences are access controlled with 24-hour on-site security. Underground garage parking is secured and monitored, and we’ve designed the building’s environment to use enhanced filtration and HVAC systems. To safeguard the health of all who live and work here, we’ve taken the unprecedented step of installing the Autocleaning Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) System that defeats COVID-19 and other airborne viruses.

I’ve heard The Pinnacle is LEED certified. What does this mean?

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is internationally recognized as one of the leading standards for sustainable design and building. The LEED certification program is administered by Green Business Certification Inc., and certification is awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council.

There will be 104 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for Independent Living, ranging in size (approximately) from just under 700 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet of living space. The best way to stay apprised of finalized floor plan options is to become a Founders Club Member now.

What are the move-in and monthly fees for Independent Living residences?

As a luxury rental community for independent senior living, The Pinnacle does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Again, becoming a Founders Club Member now is the best way to stay current on pricing developments at The Pinnacle.
