The Pinnacle does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a one-time community fee and a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Generally, the monthly lease fee will consist of a Base Rate, which includes housing, dining, services and amenities. The individual level of care and services for Assisted Living will add to the Base Rate. Memory Care is provided at an all-inclusive rate.
